Hello everyone, the time has finally come for us to push our v0.1.0 update! This has been a long time coming, and something we've been aiming for since launch...

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Full beta is the point where we believe we have achieved the roleplay 'basics', with most standard RP features implemented on the server for you all to enjoy. This does now mean we will be stopping these weekly updates, but fear not! This means we can now focus our time on larger, more impactful updates for you to enjoy! (Check out the what's next section for more information...).

It would not be possible without you to be here today, and you guys are the deciding factor in all choices Echoes - the server is made for you to enjoy. WHAT'S IN THE UPDATE?

This post is a little different than usual; to view the full update you will need to read ⁠changelog. In summary, we have added: Radio Channels (contacting EMS via radio), /vote, /namemcverify, 3 new fishing regions (finally! 🎣), multiple characters, a working bowling alley, and a map overhaul in and around the Arcade! There are MANY more features, so do make sure to check out the channel to see what has updated!

A RECAP...

We wanted to take this time to take a look back on the first month of launch, and provide a little recap of everything we have achieved. Check the image attached to have a look at the amazing features our team have managed to implement, in such a small amount of time! We have added over 30+ features to our server, and plan to add many more...

STORE

We have opened our store! This can be viewed at store.echoesmc.com, where you will be able to purchase cosmetics, credits, and much more (in the future). In order to progress this server further, we need to be able to fund modellers, developers, and more - not to mention the upkeep of our forums, hosting, etc! For now, we have added a single, limited edition rank, titled 'Supporter'. 100% of proceeds from this rank will go towards funding Echoes.

WHAT'S NEXT?

The journey doesn't stop here, in-fact, it only just begins! We cannot wait to begin working on larger, more exciting updates for you all to enjoy, starting with an overhaul of our Apartment system.
